Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Ljubljana School of Business

About this program

Business and Technology University invites eligible academic staff to apply for the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme at Ljubljana School of Business. Selected staff members will participate in a three-week teaching (STA) mobility with Erasmus+ funding (approx. 3000 Euro) covering travel costs and individual support (daily subsistence allowance). The programme provides an opportunity to strengthen international cooperation, exchange knowledge and good practices, enhance professional and teaching competences, and establish new academic and institutional collaborations with colleagues at Ljubljana School of Business. Selection Process - Submission of the online application and all required supporting documents by the applicant; - Eligibility check of the submitted application by the BTU Development and International Relations Office; - Interview with the Candidate Selection Committee; - Final selection of scholarship recipients by the host university. Selection Criteria - Motivation and expected impact: 0-10 points - Work Plan: 0-10 points - Oral Presentation / English Language Competence: 0-10 points Additional Information: The final selection of academic staff nominated by BTU is carried out by Ljubljana School of Business based on the submitted application documents and additional interview. The guest lecturer can select any accredited subject offered at B2 LSB as part of their regular study programs at the BA level: https://www.vspv.si/en/undergraduate-studies However, please note that the following subjects are already covered in English for the Erasmus Spring Semester 2026/2027 and cannot be taught by the BTU guest lecturer: 1) Career Orientation, 2) Project and Event Management, 3) Business English, 4) Intellectual Property Law, 5) Communication Law, 6) Micro- and Macroeconomics, 7) Basics of Marketing, 8) Consumer Behaviour. BTU Erasmus lecturer will deliver the subject at B2 LSB, starting in the second half of March or in April or May 2027, for a continuous period of approx. 3 weeks. The guest lecturer would teach approx.. 4-5 sessions per week (one lasting 60-120 mins), totalling approx. 25 pedagogical hours over entire stay, including final exam. The details of the subject implementation can be tailored by the guest professor.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are academic staff members, including invited lecturers, who have been affiliated with Business and Technology University (BTU) for at least two consecutive semesters, have experience teaching in English and demonstrate a minimum C1 level of English language proficiency.
