Incoming Students - Partner University Nominations

For partner-university coordinators to nominate an incoming exchange student.

Nominations are by invitation only

This nomination form is opened for partner universities through a personal invitation link. Please use the link provided to your institution, or contact international@btu.edu.ge.

Welcome to the BTU Incoming Mobility Nomination Portal.

This form is intended for partner universities wishing to nominate students for an exchange period at Business and Technology University (BTU). Please provide accurate information about the nominated student and upload the required supporting documents.

Following the review of the nomination, eligible students will receive an invitation to complete the online mobility application and submit any additional documentation required for admission and mobility arrangements.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

Student's personal and academic information
Mobility details (academic year, semester, programme, duration)
Official Transcript of Records
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Additional supporting documents (if applicable)

Once submitted, the nomination will be reviewed by the BTU Development and International Relations Office. The nomination coordinator will be informed of the outcome and the next steps.
